<p>Researchers from  Australia, Greece and Sweden, led by Brother Martalena Purba Monash  University in Melbourne, studied 450 people aged 70 years or more to see  if there was a relationship between how wrinkled were and what they  ate. They found that those who  eat mostly vegetables, olive oil, fish, legumes, low-fat dairy products  and tea are less wrinkled.</p>
<p>Based on the results of  research, here is a list of what to eat and drink to protect against  wrinkles:</p>

<p>The magic ingredients to  protect against wrinkles appear monounsaturated fats, vitamin C,  retinol, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and zinc.</p>
<p>Vitamin C is a powerful  antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals, unstable oxygen  molecules produced by pollution, stress and sun. Free radicals attack  healthy cells and cause skin collagen degradation, leading to wrinkles. <p>As shocked as you might,  perhaps, the truth is that &#8220;you could wake up tomorrow morning with an  allergy to something you ate the whole life,&#8221; said Melinda M. Rathkopf, MD, Faaa, FACA,  FAAP, of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Center of Alaska and assistant  clinical professor at the University of Washington.</p>

<p>Although, according to  the FDA, and adult food allergy occurs in only 2 percent of the  population that is growing. The reasons for this are  unclear, but experts have theories.
