In one year of age is important, especially for those of us who want to work after 50 years. Men and women over age 50 need a daily exercise program to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If your over 50 here are some tips you can put forward.
Walk whenever you can. For seniors, walking is the best performance, especially if they are enrolled in an ongoing exercise program, even started one. You need to get a good pair of walking shoes and start walking. Do not, and walk at a comfortable pace.
Get a cane. You will need a stick especially if you plan to walk in forested areas. It will prevent serious falls and can also be used to help maintain balance.

The time you spend exercising should be increased to every training session. When starting an exercise program you do not want to push your body. Instead, gradually increase the time spent in each session. For example, if you start to exercise for 15 minutes a day add another 5 minutes of the workout when you feel your loan.

Consult your doctor before starting an exercise program after the age of 50 years. Make sure your doctor is aware of the health problems that you can be sure of all let her know if you have severe symptoms during their training.
